Early age education can be harmful for child development

In the metro cities now the mind sets of parents has changed about the education for their children. About 10 years ago from now the parents use to give freedom to their children in their early age. They wait for 4-5 yrs of age for their child and then send them in nursery or play schools. But now today the trend has been changed, after the age of 18-20 month the parents of child getting tensed for their admission.

Early childhood' is usually defined as before the age of normal schooling.Research on brain development attests to the importance of key mental, physical and social capabilities. If these fundamental capabilities are not well established from the start, and especially if neurological damage occurs, a child's learning potential could be adversely affected. As such, education in early childhood must be avoided for the sake of development of child.

The terms preschool and kindergarten emphasize education around the ages of 4–6 years. The terms "early childhood learning," "early care," and "early education" are comparable with early childhood education. If a young child doesn't receive sufficient nurturing, nutrition, parental/caregiver interaction, and stimulus during this crucial period, the child may be left with a developmental deficit that hampers his or her success in their studies. So, rather then focusing on education parents should take care of their child in the age of 1-3 and above atleast.

Our education especially CBSE board schools provide a platform & a syllabus to child’s where they can get exposure to develop their brain accordingly after nursery admissions.
